Gratitude Series consists of two classes a day

. It is not necessary to take both or the entire series but highly recommended.

This class is the first class of the day.

The breathing class (metamorphasis) will be in the afternoon. Please register separately for this class

Class is for All Levels of Movers.

Please bring dry scrubbing materials i.e. towel or sisal mitts

(Donation based class $22.00 each suggested or $100 for all 6 classes suggested).
